Terms and conditions

If you decide to cancel your order before receiving it, you can contact us to cancel the order, and we will do our best to cancel it, provided that the order has not been processed yet. If the order has already been processed, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

- You can always contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. For cash on delivery orders, if the customer repeatedly cancels the order or fails to collect it from the delivery company without reason, the company reserves the right to cancel the cash-on-delivery option for that customer.

- Return & Exchange 

- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you can return it without any additional cost within 24 hours from Receiving your order .

- If you wish to return or exchange the product for any other reason must be within 24 hours from receiving the order , a return shipping fee applied , product must be sealed condition .

- Unsealed product not applicable for return or exchange or refund .
